For 15 years, Elsa was involved in the martial arts -  teaching (at the Jhoon Rhee Institute of TKD and later at Jeff Smith Karate), competing (7 time National and International Champion and Inductee of the Diamond National’s Hall of Fame), and finally co-owning three martial arts schools in the Washington Metropolitan area (Power Kix Karate).

Elsa has been creating web sites for small businesses, along with playing a part in larger web sites as Quality Assurance Tester, since 1999.She studied web site design at the Colorado Institute of Arts and after 2 years of studies, transferred to the University of Colorado where she completed her Master of Business Administration in 2003. Currently Elsa is less than a year away from receiving her Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health and Sciences University in Minnesota..

Her studies, along with her travels which have taken her across 20 countries where she has resided in four, have given her the ability to better understand the needs of a variety of businesses. Her specialty lies in working with small businesses, health care graduates en route to starting their own business, martial arts school owners, and Spanish web site designs.
